This page provides the Neighbor Helping Neighbor Community Needs Assessment
We are reaching out to invite you to participate in our Community Needs Assessment. This initiative is designed to gather valuable insight from residents like you about the challenges, opportunities and resources that matter most in our neighborhood. Your input will help us identify where neighbors can support one another, whether through volunteer services, resource sharing or new programs tailored to address specific concerns.
We encourage you to complete the Community Needs Assessment, and share your thoughts, concerns and ideas. Your answers are confidential and will be used solely to shape our strategies and help us with development of services and future projects that truly reflect what matters most to you.
Your input is valuable and appreciated. Please complete the Assessment by December 8, 2025. Thank you for participating.

If you prefer to complete a paper copy of the assessment, this paper copy may be accessed in the documents list below. Print the assessment and complete it. Per printed assessment cover letter instructions, place completed Community Needs Assessment into an envelope and put it into the Cochiti Lake Community Fund black mailbox near the Town Hall back door in the mailroom.
Needs Assessment documents appear in the below list which allow you to view, print and download these to your computer for easier access. Includes the assessment launch party invitation.
